The Artist Vendor Application is turned on June 15, 2014 at 12 am. The cost for a 10' x 15' booth space is $185.00 (we pay the required Code Enforcement permit fee). We do not take early applications. All vendor artist booths are processed through this website application feature.
Please check back on June 15 at 12 am (that's midnight on the 14th) to fill out an application for the 2014 Festival. Thank you for your interest.
This application process is only for vendor ARTISTS – all businesses and food vendors seeking a booth for the Festival, please call Tamara Cook, Director of the CYBA at 901-276-7222 for sponsorship opportunities that are available.
If you need to rent tables, chairs, tents, umbrella tables etc. please call Party Concepts at 901-276-7368.
They will deliver to your booth space before festival begins and remove them at the end of the day.
